  • Individual therapy provides a safe and supportive space to explore challenges, gain insight, and develop healthier coping strategies. I work with children (age 7+), teens, and adults experiencing a variety of concerns and life stressors.

    Sessions are available in person or through secure telehealth services.

  • Family therapy focuses on improving communication, strengthening, relationships, and helping families work through challenges together session provide a supportive environment with family. Members can better understand one another and develop healthier ways of interacting.

  • Helping parents with communication, behavioral strategies, co-parenting, or parenting stress.

  • Supervises post-graduate counselors in West Virginia as they work toward professional licensure, a process typically spanning 3 years and involving both individual and group supervision sessions.
